Deutsche Motorgeräte Inc. traces its beginnings back to 1997 when it was designated as the exclusive distributor of STIHL products for the Philippines. DMI needed a modern, mobile-optimized, and scalable catalog website that will allow them to showcase their flagship brand, STIHL, along with several others. The website was required to adhere to STIHL’s stringent design guidebook. The website features an easy-to-use content management system to allow staff members to edit listings with very minimal training. On the front-end, the large catalog of products is segregated by brands and categories which funnel down to a comparison matrix to aid the customer in locating the product that they need.
